I was curious to buy this sake because it was billed as a sake for engineers.
It has a hint of gorgeousness in the mouth for a moment, but it cuts through quickly. It is firm, dry, and not at all kiwamono. I don't know what part of the taste makes it suitable for engineers (there must be something), but the label is written in JavaScript, and there were people who copied the code and others who peeled off the label and let an OCR read and analyze the code.
