2年ほど前から、日本酒を飲み始めた初心者です。 元々ワイン好きでしたが、最近は、日本酒が気になって仕方がありません。 皆さんの日本酒記録を拝見しつつ、日本酒の世界を広げていきたいです。 菊姫の山廃吟醸と、廣戸川の特別純米がお気に入りです。 ややクラシックタイプ寄りのお酒が好きで、お燗の美味しさにもハマりはじめています。 おすすめのお燗酒ありましたら教えてください よろしくお願いします😊

A slight sizzling sensation in the mouth. It is easy to drink and goes down smoothly. My husband and I opened a bottle of this sake together, and it was so dangerous that it ran out in just one night. LOL! I was very satisfied with my first Nabeshima. It is just delicious. It has a matured taste and is addictive. It's my favorite of all the ones I've had so far. I just love it. It completely stole my heart. I am concerned that it is a bit expensive to drink on a daily basis.
