47都道府県の日本酒飲みました
I am on my way to conquering the sake of all 47 prefectures. This time it was my first sake from Oita Prefecture. I pushed aside the standard Oita shochu and had a bottle of "Nishinoseki" junmai sake. This time it was served cold. It was at room temperature, so I guess it was about 20 degrees Celsius. I didn't measure 💦.
It is a traditional dry sake. When you put it in your mouth, you feel a sharp sensation that spreads vertically in your mouth, but after that you feel a mellow aroma that somehow rotates or spreads. I wonder if this is calculated in the making of this sake. I drink it while thinking about it.
The rest of the 47-prefecture sake conquest plan (🍶) is now Nara, Tokyo, and Okinawa.
