I don't know if I've ever been a drinker, but I regretted it the first time I tried it: .....
If only I had known about it earlier! I wish I had known about it earlier!
It is very easy to drink and one of my favorite brands for everyday drinking 😊.
It was a traveler's drink, but it was very easy to drink and my taste exploded from the first sip!
I wanted to buy some to take home but couldn't find it anywhere: .... 😑
Here's what they had to say about it
This junmai ginjo has a beautiful ginjo aroma typical of Kumamoto Kugou and the sweetness of Yamadanishiki expands in the mouth, leaving a lingering yet clean taste.
I had drunk the left blue label before and found it very easy to drink, so I got the black label one.
The black label was very tasty and to my liking, as expected from the fact that the black label is more refreshing 🙂 Too bad it's not easily available...
The impression of acidity(?) was strong and the wine was drinkable like a white wine. It tasted like a white wine. It is my own image, but it tasted like it would be popular among women. (Sorry for my lack of vocabulary 💧)
I liked it.
The rice used for this sake is 100% Yamadanishiki produced in the Yoshikawa Special A district of Hyogo Prefecture. Despite the low milling ratio of 70%, the high-quality raw material rice is meticulously managed in a small brewing process, resulting in a light, refreshing finish. It is a unique product with specifications not found anywhere else.
This limited edition sake was brewed using Chardonnay wine yeast obtained overseas by the brewery and AK-1 yeast developed by the Akita Brewing Experiment Station.
