It's a little confusing.
The aroma is gentle and fruity, with a hint of apple,

and a refreshing bitterness like a soft drink.
The sourness and astringency are subtle,
A full-bodied umami.
The dry Daiginjo with a full umami taste,
Delicious.
We are glad to be able to enjoy the high-class sake which we can not usually buy for a reasonable price.
