It has a great ginjo aroma and a clean, yet delicious flavor. It felt quite dry when I chilled it too much, but after a little while the flavor came out. Maybe it's just my imagination, but it's still delicious.
Ginjo aroma and refreshing dry taste.
The first time I drank it, it was dry and I didn't feel the flavor, but the second time I drank it, I could feel the flavor in the refreshment. Delicious.
I don't usually drink Junmai-shu, but this one is delicious. The taste is deep and inexplicably delicious.
I don't know if it's good to begin with or if it's because it's stored in wine barrels, but I was convinced when I found out that the base junmai-shu was served at the Ise-Shima Summit.
