By the way, according to the concierge, the best sake for watching baseball games is Tasake 😁. Mysterious concierge who can't answer for hot sake recommendation but can answer for baseball game recommendation 😆.

Nigori Sake for My Arigato🍶. Above the clouds renewed the sake rice to Snow Goddess this year: ❄️ The first day of opening the bottle, it was full of gas, fresh and piquant pineapple 🍍 Not much sweetness, dry and crisp, this is delicious 😊. From the second day of opening the bottle, the sweetness comes on quickly and it becomes a ripe pineapple 😋. I had it with butter chicken curry 😊.

Sunglow and Liole set ordered from Yamagata's Maruhachi Sake Shop😊. A wonderful marriage of the grapefruit and lemon-like acidity and bitterness of the sangrou mixed with the gentle sweetness of the riolet 🥰. It's hard to open the bottle as it's very shrieky 🤣. Also, you need a bottle opener!

Sake in Kumamoto🍶. Sakewa's first year's last day in Japan: ‼️ Sake with a graininess like Shinkame 🍶. It was delicious lukewarm with a good balance of sourness and umami 😊. I like to drink it simply with squid delicacies 😋. It seems to be good for your health as it is an organic sake 😊.

White label followed by red label: ✌️ The white label is Miyamanishiki and the red label is Dewa Sanzan. Each has its own character and both are delicious 😊. The red label seems to be more relaxed 😊. It's juicy, but it's so easy to drink that you can drink it as much as you want 😋. In general, I have the impression that the first day of drinking Gouriki sake is full of gas and freshness, but after a couple of days, the curd is gone and the flavor comes through 😊. I had it with whale sashimi 🐳.
