ORIGAMI DENSHOKU chrysanthemum
The taste is gorgeous at first, with bitterness in the second half.
A similar sake is Kosu-Mori.
The bitterness is like that of beer, so it may be good with a meal.
Ame Frog that I won and was able to buy at a sake store.
Fermentation so amazing, I don't know how many minutes it took me to open it.
The level of carbonation is such that when you put it in your mouth, it's all bubbles.
It's not painful or harsh though, it's more like bubbling.
It's sweet with lees involved.
I think the taste is similar to that of a sambudo
Interesting sake
Not as impactful as the Sake Mirai I had previously, but very drinkable and well-balanced. The second half of the taste is very easy to enjoy, with almost no alcohol.
The taste is very similar to Sentori Green Naturals. It has a wine-like taste, but also has a sake-like taste. It is light and tasty, partly due to its ultra-low alcohol content.
The last time I drank it, I had the impression that it was tasty and soft despite its carbonation, but this time the carbonation was completely gone, probably because the order was for the last sake in a bottle. Too bad. The sake itself is supposed to be delicious.
I drank it not knowing much about the taste of Houou Mita, and thought it was modern at the beginning, but in the second half the matured taste came through and went well with food, but it turned out later that it had been aged for 3-4 years.
This is what it is, but I thought I had to drink one that had not been sleeping.
