This is Lihaku Special Junmai. This sake is commonly sold at convenience stores in Tottori Prefecture, and I bought it at the convenience store again to take home. It's a sake from Shimane Prefecture, though. I drank it a while ago, and at the time I could taste a lot of melon, but this time I didn't feel it so much. I still have a lot of training to do. This time it was a little fruity, with a moderate thickness, and a good sharpness.
