It's a beautiful amber color, as it's a noble brew made from old sake. It has the freshness of apple cider, yet the rice flavor, sourness, and sweetness blend harmoniously to make it the most delicious. As the title suggests, the flavor explodes when it's lukewarm.
The nose is pear-like. It is lighter than the Ecru and very easy to drink. It does not have too much character like Flaxcat, and yet it has a very good Shinsei-like flavor and is very delicious.
