It doesn't have the strong characteristics of a flax cat, but the aroma, the taste and everything else seems to be perfectly balanced. My first No. 6 delicious.
Lightly scented with bananas. Sweet and sour and fresh. On its own, it's vaguely lacking, but it's good for the end-of-summer feeling it gives off. It's a delicious drink.

I liked Wakakoma's Omachi 70 quite a bit, so I tried Kaze no Mori no Omachi 80. My initial impression of it wasn't a great one, but as I drank it slowly, the rice flavor and sweetness exploded. The slight miscellaneous flavor does a good job.

[Re-posted] It smells like apples and bananas, but it's not as sweet and refreshing as the aroma suggests. It's crisp, so it's perfect with food.

This is the first Shinsei. It's soft on the palate and not flashy, but that's why it goes down smoothly. It has a nice rice flavor on the aftertaste. It is also very attractive as a food sipper.

[Re-posting] The aroma is more gorgeous than I expected. The rice flavor spreads out and then the strong acidity brings the overall balance together. It's very tasty. Warmed up, it's delicious.

[Re-posted] A full aroma that seems to be maturing. The acidity is subdued and tangy. It's crisp and has a strange spiciness to the finish, like celery and myoga. It is also very good when warmed up.

[Reposted] Gorgeous, sour aroma. Gentle sweetness and a crisp finish that does not interfere with the meal. After a week after opening the bottle, the impression of concentrated fruit-like acidity has increased. I quite like it.

[Re-posted] The aroma is somewhat subdued. The aroma is almost sour. In the mouth, it was quite firm and sweet. The color was golden and beautiful.

[Posting again] A gorgeous pineapple-like aroma exploded. There was also a faint hint of melon. Sweet, but not dull because it's refreshing, and could be paired with a variety of meals.

[Reposted] Best served chilled properly. Sweet aroma like pineapple and tortoise-sweet candy. It tastes normally sweet, but it's light and not alcoholic.

[Reposted] It had a firm sweetness to it. It had a gorgeous aroma and was easy to drink on its own. The sourness that followed was quite pleasing and was one of the most memorable drinks during my stay in Niigata.
