Limited edition of 500 sets. This sake is made entirely from Akitsuho from Sugiura Farm, which is grown for the purpose of Satoyama conservation. The elements of umami, sweetness, and bitterness that are typical of Kaze no Mori are each dense, and you can feel the powerful energy. It is a sake that gives you a sense of fulfillment.
The aroma is reminiscent of sourness. In the mouth, sweetness, sourness and rice flavor are well balanced. It is truly a delicious sake with the best of both worlds.
A long awaited snowman. It's quite highly carbonated. It has a refreshing aroma and a gentle taste like a lactic acid bacteria drink. And yet, it is a delicious drink with a sense of satisfaction.
The flavor is much thicker than the lighter 657. It has a good balance of solid rice flavor, silky milk caramel and just the right amount of bitterness. It's very delicious.
