My friend bought it for me as a souvenir!!!
As I thought, this aroma, this freshness, this crispness, this clarity! If this is Junmai Ginjo, I wonder what Daiginjo is like! I want to try it next time I go to Kyushu.
I bought this at the Kiku-Masamune brewery.
Junmai sake with the rice flavor, nice aroma, and freshness--it's soooooo good!
Kiku-Masamune is delicious, yet inexpensive! It's the best cospa!
I drank it at the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Memorial Hall. I compared the Hakutsuru Nishiki with the Yamada Nishiki Tenku, and found the Hakutsuru Nishiki to be mellower and more like a junmai sake. However, the Hakutsuru Nishiki has the freshness of a ginjo-shu and is delicious!
Dosh!!! I feel like I'm not in vogue lol.
But I can enjoy this drink alone.
In other words, I drink too much.
On this day, I paired it with miso oden, and personally, it was perfect!
Saku's Junmai Sake Honochi
It is perfect for those who like a clear, dry sake! It's perfect for those who like "clean and dry"!
It's fruity, like a ginjo sake, but with a hint of rice!
It is famous. This is Jikin's Special Junmai.
I like junmai sake!
I had an image of Jikin as a ginjo, but
But I think this one is both refreshing and tasty. Maybe?
It took me more than 10 minutes to open it.
Immediately after opening, the carbonation is strong, but the flavor matches that carbonation. When the carbonation goes away, the sour taste comes out. A bit of a quirky taste, but an unusual saké!
