National Travel Support Coupon Usage ①. Since it was near the inn where we stayed, we decided to use the coupon for consumption. I bought 3 bottles at Oishi Sake Brewery. This is the first one I opened at home. Kyoto sake is very gentle. It's totally different from the recommended trend, but it's tasty and progressive. These days I enjoy buying it when I travel. The glass was given to me at the time of purchase.

Sake for New Year's Day (4) I bought this when I bought Osechi at Isetan. It has the aroma of a barrel. I think it softened a little when I put it in the refrigerator for a while. The stock in the fridge is finished. I'm looking forward to what I'm going to drink next.

For Niigata Sake First time to eat out this year. I had lunch while shopping at Yoshike in Okachimachi. Sushi and Sake If you want to drink Niigata's local sake, this is the place to be. Check out the sake shop in the basement. There are a lot of sake, but this sake was served in front of Yoshiike Shokudo. I had it cold. It was delicious.

Purchased for drinking at New Year's I went to Nishikoyama. I drove there and took my time because there was a parking lot. It was very crowded with full of customers. I bought Tasake for the first time at the store ^_^. Drink it immediately. It is delicious and absorbs well. I want to buy it again.

Sake bought in Niigata (2) Probably like the one I bought at a supermarket in Niigata. I bought a lot of sake when I went to Niigata, so I have a lot of sake in my fridge! I drank this with sashimi and simmered sea bream.

Side trip in Yamanashi Driving from Tsutaki inn to Nirasaki on the Koshu highway On the way Turn left at this traffic light I found a signboard of ❗️. So, we stopped by. Tasted and bought this sake! Went home and had it with sashimi Maybe it was a brand I had seen or maybe it was handled at a local liquor store. I like this kind of thing. I haven't bought sake on a trip in a while❗️

It was this Kudokibe that got me hooked on Yamagata sake. It's been a while since I've had it, but it's delicious😊. Since I learned about Kudokibe, I have started drinking Kamikigen, Jyushiyo, and many others, and I have been to Yamagata (in front of Corona). I would love to go there and drink it.
