Fruity! So fruity it's no longer fruit juice? (Sister: No, it's not. At the beginning of last year, I declared that I wanted to drink a famous sake this year, but I didn't mean it, so this year is the year! So I'll start with the 'Saku'. The moment I saw the bottle when it arrived, my first thought was "Isn't the package label too cool? I thought it was too cool. Most of the sake I drink these days is a bit yellowish in color, so I was a bit surprised at how clear it looked when it was freshly brewed. The taste is fruity and sweet, but not too sweet and relatively smooth. I looked for a famous sake, and found that many of the sake I had heard of were sweet. As a dry sake lover, I thought 🤔, why should I force myself to drink it? I thought 🤔, but sweet sake is also delicious and I would like to drink it for my future study. So I plan to buy as much as I can in the future.

I found something for sale at a souvenir shop in the station, so I bought it. It says "Nakagawa Sake Brewery" on the label, so I guess it's strong? I think it would be nice if it said where and what kind of sake it was, but I don't know if there are any restrictions. I don't travel much, so even if there was a stamp rally, I wouldn't be able to buy it 🤣.

Purchased on recommendation from an acquaintance, #1. He said the sake here is delicious, and I bought a set of three different kinds, so I have two more bottles. I opened the Nipponjo for now. I was worried about whether it would suit my palate because it was written to be sweet, but it tasted sweet but not too sweet and was easy to drink. It is delicious.

I received this as a gift from a friend! It's been a while since I've had a sake with a strong sake flavor, as I've been drinking a lot of mellow sake lately. I love the tangy and spicy sensation that lingers after the sake goes down your throat! I also liked the way the aroma spread in my mouth.

My usual supermarket stocked another kind of sake, which was unusual, so I bought it. It tastes a little sweet. I thought I had heard of it before, but when I looked up my past sake records, I found that I drank drunken whale when I traveled to Kochi.

If there is such a thing as sake brewing supervision in hard fries, I have no choice but to buy it! I had had this sake before, so I chose a different special junmai. It is a little spicy and crisp. I would rather drink it in winter than summer.

There was some kind of product exhibition at a department store, so I bought the one that was ranked number one in popularity. I was going to buy a beer, but the sake in front of it was not good! It was sweet, but not too sweet, and relatively refreshing.

At the beginning of the New Year, our sake of choice every year is the famous local sake "Strong". Our family especially likes Nakagawa Shuzo's strong, and this is our go-to sake for New Year's drinks and celebrations. Even though it is dry, it has few peculiarities and is easy to drink. It is the best local sake that I especially recommend ( -̀ω-́ )✧ By the way, my resolution for this year is to conquer famous sake that I have never had. Like Jyushiyo or Jikin. I want to taste the famous ones at least once. I'm sure I'll end up buying the sake that catches my eye, though.
