At the beginning of the New Year, our sake of choice every year is the famous local sake "Strong". Our family especially likes Nakagawa Shuzo's strong, and this is our go-to sake for New Year's drinks and celebrations. Even though it is dry, it has few peculiarities and is easy to drink. It is the best local sake that I especially recommend ( -̀ω-́ )✧ By the way, my resolution for this year is to conquer famous sake that I have never had. Like Jyushiyo or Jikin. I want to taste the famous ones at least once. I'm sure I'll end up buying the sake that catches my eye, though.

This sake was recommended to me by a business customer. It is dry but moderately spicy, so you can drink it refreshingly. It tastes similar to my favorite local sake. It tastes like my favorite local sake. I think this one has a gentler spiciness. I'm glad I bought it because it's tasty and it's a great New Year's drink.

I bought the brown bottle of the same series because the clear bottle I drank this spring was so delicious 🥰. The rice used seems to be different, but I can't tell the difference from the sake I drank in the spring.... The taste is as delicious as ever. I love the momentary feeling of a splash and the spread of the aroma, even though it is a sake. It is sweet and easy to drink.

I chose it because it said "Umakara," and when I drank it, it was really Umakara! It was really umakara! It is easy to drink with just the right amount of spiciness. And the panda is cute. I drank it at room temperature as soon as I received it today, but I would like to drink it cold as well.
