A liquor store I stopped by in Fukushima. I was told that Sharaku would be available the next day, so I was able to purchase it safely.
It is very delicious.
It was so good when I drank it with Karakumi.
I am glad I bought a bottle.
The first day it smelled like bananas.
The next day it was gassy.
The next day, I'm not sure, but it's just delicious lol.
It's also great as a food wine.

Unlike Miko-chan, which I have had in the past, it is refreshingly light. There is a sense of gas. Slight bitterness. Good as a food sake. It would go well with sashimi and simmered dishes. I drank it with bamboo shoots that my friend's son dug up for me. Oh, I forgot to decorate the peas. I forgot to decorate the peas.
I'm going to take out the dried young sardines from the freezer, too.
The first sake I liked was Tsururei's Gohyakumangoku, so maybe I like Gohyakumangoku. If I'm going to drink it during dinner, I'd rather have a refreshing sake than a modern, fruity one.
I haven't had any sake yet, but Gokotsuru tastes good no matter what I drink.

When I visited Ueda, I went to the sake brewery first thing in the morning and bought it without incident. What a nice aroma! It is sweet and juicy.
I would rather savor it before a meal than with food.
