soft and refreshing (e.g. coffee, tea, coffee) slightly sweet I went to buy a snowman, but But they only had the expensive collaboration one, but I still wanted to drink the cloudy one, so I bought this one. Yamadanishiki 40% polished rice The aroma is pleasant, light, and full with a clean aftertaste. The first sip was delicious. I would like to drink it again, but I guess it is hard because it is a limited edition. I bought it at a local sake shop in Tochigi. I want to drink it again!

A liquor store I stopped by in Fukushima. I was told that Sharaku would be available the next day, so I was able to purchase it safely. It is very delicious. It was so good when I drank it with Karakumi. I am glad I bought a bottle. The first day it smelled like bananas. The next day it was gassy. The next day, I'm not sure, but it's just delicious lol. It's also great as a food wine.

Unlike Miko-chan, which I have had in the past, it is refreshingly light. There is a sense of gas. Slight bitterness. Good as a food sake. It would go well with sashimi and simmered dishes. I drank it with bamboo shoots that my friend's son dug up for me. Oh, I forgot to decorate the peas. I forgot to decorate the peas. I'm going to take out the dried young sardines from the freezer, too. The first sake I liked was Tsururei's Gohyakumangoku, so maybe I like Gohyakumangoku. If I'm going to drink it during dinner, I'd rather have a refreshing sake than a modern, fruity one. I haven't had any sake yet, but Gokotsuru tastes good no matter what I drink.

It was recommended to me at my regular liquor store if I like Shinsei. It is sweet and rich, but has a light aftertaste. Delicious! It's like a dessert wine. It goes surprisingly well with kimchi. After that, we had it with OK's Gorgon pizza. It was so delicious that I drank too much.

One of the bottles I purchased at Mikotsuru's direct sales place when I visited Suwa. Dry. Gassy. Kire (sharpness). Delicious! It goes well with the whole albacore ponzu vinegar with yuzu pepper and sashimi. I'm so happy.

I bought it because I enjoyed the last time I drank Hitogokochi Nama. It is fruity and delicious. My sister, who doesn't drink alcohol, took a sip and said it was delicious. Too bad it is not sold in my neighborhood. I want to drink it again.

I had it with oden. It was piquant, fragrant, and not sticky. It was very tasty. I like Kamerei after all. Many of the junmai sake I have had in the past were not my favorites, but this one was delicious. I wish I had a bottle of it.

When I visited Ueda, I went to the sake brewery first thing in the morning and bought it without incident. What a nice aroma! It is sweet and juicy. I would rather savor it before a meal than with food.

It was in the ranking of Ponshukan in front of Yuzawa station, so I was curious about it, but it was sold out. After a while, I found it in the Seikatsu Club catalog, so I ordered it. I thought it would taste better chilled because of the wine yeast, but I liked it better heated up.
