When I visited Ueda, I went to the sake brewery first thing in the morning and bought it without incident. What a nice aroma! It is sweet and juicy.
I would rather savor it before a meal than with food.
It was in the ranking of Ponshukan in front of Yuzawa station, so I was curious about it, but it was sold out. After a while, I found it in the Seikatsu Club catalog, so I ordered it. I thought it would taste better chilled because of the wine yeast, but I liked it better heated up.
Purchased at a local sake shop in the neighborhood.
I thought it might be a little bitter, but when I added hot water to the glass after drinking it, it smelled nice, like sweet sake.
As I drank it, I gradually began to enjoy it.
I asked a local liquor store to select a sake that would go well with the sashimi.
It is said to be a sake from Sado Island.
Kintsuru, made by the same brewery, is popular among the locals.
It was dry and delicious.
