It is tangy and dry, but has a mellow, umami flavor that lingers. It is said to be a sake that goes well with nabe (hot pot), so I paired it with nabe and it was delicious.
Among my favorite Nabeshima, this is the first time I have purchased "Kitashizuku". It is slightly effervescent and refreshing, yet delicious with the umami of Nabeshima.
This is the first time for Kami no Ho.
The sweetness and acidity are more restrained than the usual crop, giving the impression of being refreshing. The aroma is gorgeous with a bitter aftertaste. It seems to be good as a food sake.
