Here they come! The long awaited 1814! Gentle, smooth, and sweet. I guess the acidity is working just right. It's sweet, but it's going to go on 😁. I think last year it was available until the end of the year, but I'm not sure about this year. I'll be here for the rest of the year 😆.

Acid pickles! It was the waiter's recommendation. No expansion of flavor when fresh out of the fridge. What? Is it really sake yeast? It tasted like a sake. I heated it up and it tasted better.

Sweet and sour. Freshly opened and gassy. It's cohesive from the start. I can't review it because I've been drinking it since noon and I opened the bottle (sweat). I'll be back to enjoy the changes! It's very tasty, no question!

First bite. Interesting! →Sweet! →What's that? A refreshing aftertaste? After the second sip. The sweet and sour go wild in the mouth! A little bitterness in the aftertaste. Well, it may not be to everyone's taste, but it was a very interesting sake! I like it 😆.

My first Shichiken! I think this is the first time I've had sake from Yamanashi Prefecture. Autumn sakes are so good! This one tastes great too! The sweetness of the rice is just right.

As per the concept, it goes best with seafood! It happened to be crab, but it was so good. I'm busy with crab, so next time I'll take my time with sashimi or something (lol).
