The longest I've ever laid down too long. This is one of the most expensive bottles in my personal collection. The aroma is rich and clear. No impurities. Reminiscent of ripe pears. The mouthfeel is soft and slightly sweet. It is soft and slightly sweet on the palate with a crisp dryness towards the finish. It is gradually delicious.

The blue label is different from the blue label (Yamahai) that we drank before. I found another purple label (this one is called "Namahashi"). I basically like low-alcohol sake, so I bought it without hesitation. It has a berry aroma and flavor, just like the color and description on the label. It is easy to drink.

A bottle that had been laid down for too long. It was indeed a year old, so we opened the bottle. The aroma is typical of the first bottling. The aroma is a combination of ripe banana and pear. I discovered and purchased a bottle of Isshaku Suisei, which I had never had before. It was just as the liquor store pop-up said it would be. It's like peach and lychee. Both in aroma and taste. The aroma wafts from the glass. The taste is fresh and juicy. Not too heavy and not too light. I had an image of Isshiro Suisei as having a lot of variety, but this is right in the middle of my taste buds. but this one is right in the middle of my favorites.

The first work of the year. And the first Honochi in almost 4 years. I tasted it again. The aroma is sweet and sour. It smells like plum and apricot. The mouthfeel is lighter than expected. It has a slight sweetness and a firm acidity. The aftertaste is also acidic. It is easy to drink, just like a sake made by the same brewer.

I was attracted by "O-ringo-dasai" and bought it. The aroma is apple to the point of being magnificent. It's like an apple just ready to eat. This brand was recommended by an acquaintance. I bought it because I found it at a liquor store I was passing by. It has a banana-like taste with a little acidity (berry-like?). I chose this bottle after consulting with my favorite liquor store. It tasted like it would be close to my taste buds. This sake is brewed with a yeast called CEL Urara. The label may or may not have been inspired by Dragon Ball's Cell. (I noticed that when I was told). Gorgeous aroma as described in the introduction. Ripe melon. Or strawberry. Sweetness in the mouth. Then, immediately after, it is tangy and spicy. The aftertaste is also sweet with a lightness.
