A limited edition sake that was given to me.
When I opened the bottle, it blew out as much as champagne. Half a bottle.
I got myself together and tasted it.
It looks white. It is cloudy. Sour and sweet aroma.
Lactic carbonation. The same when drunk.
A pleasant feeling of gas, sweetness, and acidity fills the mouth.
It has a sense of depth. Slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
