On the way back from Koyasan Gojo, we stopped by a sake brewery in Gosho.
We were told that they do not sell sake at the brewery, so we asked for directions to a nearby liquor store.
I've never seen Wind Forest before...
Rice shochu as raw material!
Taste unlike anything I've ever tasted before.
It tastes like pineapple and is quite sweet!
but it is clean and refreshing!
but it has a punch because of its high alcohol content.
It is not a food wine, but it is best to drink it with snacks that go well with wine.
To say the least, it's delicious!
