I bought it because the square bottle was cute. It seems they use Kumamoto yeast. This is my first time to drink Kumamoto sake.
It is sweet and mellow, with a strong umami flavor, and the alcohol seems to drain out at the end. I like sake with a sense of rice, and this one is delicious even though it doesn't have much of a rice flavor. I heard that the recommended way to drink it is cold sake, and it becomes more refreshing and mellow when chilled. Delicious!
The rice used is Aiyama.
Slightly fruity and sweet, with a touch of bitterness? A bitterness or a bitterness? It seems to go well with Japanese food. It seems to go well with Japanese food.
Ugh, yum~~~ Nabeshima indeed.
Is this what Nabeshima is all about?
The sweetness and umami are in harmony. There is also a lingering aroma like flowers.
I received this sake from a junior colleague from Aomori as a farewell gift for a personnel change.
It is a nice sake, crisp and clean, but with a delicious flavor that brings to mind the scenery of a snow country. Delicious. It certainly goes well with all kinds of food.
I bought it because the liquor store bought up all the aged sake that was left in the warehouse. It was yellow like brown rice, mellow, full, and sweet. Delicious.
This sake was entered in the National New Sake Competition.
First of all, the appearance itself is crystal clear and very beautiful!
As smooth and mellow as it looks, it is delicious!
