We successfully obtained Red Diamond again this year, which we drank last year and liked. It has a fruity sweet aroma. It has a sweetness that is typical of Aizan, but it is not sticky and disappears nicely, making it delicious.

When I drank it, I felt sourness, minerality, and koji sweetness, which was a little different from what I had drunk before. As I let it sit for a day after opening, the acidity and koji taste became milder and more to my liking.

Snoclet was sold out at a liquor store in Tosu. We easily found and purchased it at two liquor stores in Hokusetsu. When the cover was removed, the crown came off with a bang and the contents popped out with a bang. I think I had forgotten that this was available at Koueikiku. It had a good balance of gasiness, sweetness, acidity, and rice flavor.

One of the bottles I tasted at a liquor store in Tosu. I liked it so much that I decided to buy it. The bottle is opened with a light gassing sound. It has a green apple-like aroma. Immediately after pouring it into a glass, the impression is of light gas, clear fruity sweet acidity, and rice minerality. After a while after pouring, the fruity acidity was enhanced and the umami of the rice became a little thicker. I remember it was the latter when I tasted it.

This year, we got the silver sea that we failed to purchase last year, and this year we got it well. The bottle was opened with a squeal of gas escaping. The impression is that it is a sake with a fruity sweetness that is typical of Kangiku (←personal impression), a little acidity, a good taste of rice, and a refreshing feeling.

I saw Snow Sea, which I drank last year and liked, so I bought it again this year. I started with the top clear. Aroma of green apple and muscat. It has a sweetness like lactic acid and a fizzy feeling. When mixed with the fold, the lactic acidity became stronger with the addition of the rice flavor, and the taste reminded me of Calpis soda.

Vertical drinking of 3 years of Nabeshima Harvest Moon (comparing the 2021, 2022, and 2023). A total of 6 people, including my wife and friends, compared the drinks, and each person's preference was 3 votes for the 2021 and 3 votes for the 2022. Personally, I enjoyed all of them, but if I had to say, I would say that the 2021 stood out for its balance of rice flavor and fruity taste, while the 2022 stood out for its fruity taste.
