One of the bottles I tasted at a liquor store in Tosu. I liked it so much that I decided to buy it.
The bottle is opened with a light gassing sound.
It has a green apple-like aroma.
Immediately after pouring it into a glass, the impression is of light gas, clear fruity sweet acidity, and rice minerality.
After a while after pouring, the fruity acidity was enhanced and the umami of the rice became a little thicker. I remember it was the latter when I tasted it.
