Densho-Kiku by Sumi-Shu Ver. The bottle was opened quietly. The impression is that the sweetness is restrained for a Kangiku, and the juicy flavor of the rice is well felt, with a pleasant acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste.

This is one of my recent favorites from Ryoseki Shuzo. The brewer calls it a mellow dry sake, and while it has a fruity aroma, the impression is of a sake with a strong sense of rice minerality. I compared it with Hana Yuu's Jun Dai, and the difference was striking.

I found my favorite Hanayuup x Yongbin, so of course I bought it. It has a sweet aroma like tropical fruits. The juicy sweetness is followed by the umami of rice, and the impression is clean and refreshing to the end. The difference in the second half is impressive compared to Ura-Suidama from the same brewery, which we compared at the same time (Suidama is claimed to be dry by the brewer, and the minerality of the rice is felt a little stronger in the second half). Both are delicious.

At the time of acquisition (at the time of release from the brewery), this bottle had been stored for some time. I imagined that it would have a stronger sake-like attack since it is called "Oroku," but the impression was surprisingly clear, sweet, and delicious.

I found a four-quart bottle of Hanamup, so of course I bought it. It has a fruity aroma like muscat. It has a fruity sweetness, but I felt it had a stronger rice flavor and impact than the Hanamups I have had in the past.

Brought it to a friend's house for a drink. I was about to open and close the bottle with some trepidation because I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, but I was able to open the bottle easily in two sips. It was a delicious sake with a nice crispness, rice flavor, and fruity sensation.

A hanpukai limited edition of Kangiku, which is often drunk. The crown flies vigorously when the bottle is opened. There is a sense of chirpy gas. It has an apple-like freshness, followed by a touch of astringency. It is not too sweet for a Kangiku.

A bottle obtained from a liquor store in Tsuruoka. It was distributed locally. It is fruity and sweet, as is typical of Eiko-Fuji, but it is less sweet and has a more refreshing sourness than those distributed in the Kanto region. Since we were there, we visited the brewery (even though we knew it was closed).
