This was the second bottle I brought to a friend's house for a home drink.
It was a delicious bottle with the juiciness typical of Omachi, the umami of rice, and a slight acidity astringency at the end (memory).
Brought it to a friend's house for a drink.
I was about to open and close the bottle with some trepidation because I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, but I was able to open the bottle easily in two sips.
It was a delicious sake with a nice crispness, rice flavor, and fruity sensation.
A hanpukai limited edition of Kangiku, which is often drunk.
The crown flies vigorously when the bottle is opened.
There is a sense of chirpy gas. It has an apple-like freshness, followed by a touch of astringency. It is not too sweet for a Kangiku.
We invited my wife's sake-loving friend to open the bottle.
It started with a tropical fruit-like sweetness, followed by the umami of rice, and ended with a refreshing, very delicious taste.
It has been a long time since I found a four-pack bottle of Hanamup.
In addition to the fruity taste, you can also taste the umami of the rice. Delicious.
Thank you, ma-ki-. Yes, it is hard to get hold of a bottle of sake when you think about storage, so I am grateful for the Shogo-Bottle. The sake brewed with Akita Sakekomachi, including Suitama from the same brewery, is delicious!
Opened a bottle for my son's birthday.
The aroma is fruity and fresh. There is a sense of gas, and after feeling the sweetness and the deliciousness of the rice that seems to be produced in the region, I felt a richness like a slight savory taste.
It is easy to drink.
Good morning, b.bridge!
Happy birthday to your son 🎉.
Your son's birthday is very special, so I have the impression that Kako from Hozu is very special and fits perfectly 😋.
I would love to drink Kako and Hozu's Sansho!
Thank you, ma-ki-. I think my parents are just giving me a reason to open a special sake (smiles). After reviewing Sake-no-wa, it seems that they opened Sake-no-wa Hozu for my birthday last year.
A bottle obtained from a liquor store in Tsuruoka.
It was distributed locally.
It is fruity and sweet, as is typical of Eiko-Fuji, but it is less sweet and has a more refreshing sourness than those distributed in the Kanto region.
Since we were there, we visited the brewery (even though we knew it was closed).
The bottle was opened with high expectations for the combination of Eiko Fuji and Yumachi, a recent favorite of mine.
After the fresh and fruity Yumachi-like flavor (←personal impression), you can taste the umami of the rice, which is also typical of Yumachi.
Corked at a friend and his family's house after a lunchtime drink outside.
The fruity sweetness, the delicious rice flavor, and the aftertaste are all to my liking.
I feel that the flamboyance (←personal impression) has been reduced compared to the past.
The bottle is opened with a sizzling sound of gas escaping.
It has a pear-like aroma.
The fruity sweetness, the umami of the rice, and the clean aftertaste make us feel that Jikkoman's Tokujun is still delicious.
Thank you, ma-ki-!
It is delicious, isn't it? The store where I used to be able to buy it sometimes has closed, so it seems it will be hard to get it in the future.
At a liquor store on my trip, I found the much talked-about(?) I found CROSS+ at a liquor store in our destination, so I rushed to buy it.
My wife likes Nabeshima Jun Dai Yamadaho (Shin Yamadaho?) and I like Nabeshima Jun Dai Short Neck Watabune (Watabune No. 2). My wife likes Nabeshima's Jun-Dai Yamada-Ho (New Yamada-Ho?) and I like Nabeshima's Jun-Dai Short Zao Watabune (Watabune No. 2), so I had high expectations for this one.
The bottle was opened with a squeal of gas escaping.
The aroma was faintly apple. The sweetness of pineapple and peach is followed by the umami of rice, which is typical of Nabeshima, and finally the astringency of grapefruit.
The second glass had more piquancy and minerality.
(Perhaps it is a memory correction, but) this bottle made me think that Nabeshima is still my favorite.
Good morning, b.bridge!
Congratulations on your 300th check-in 🎉!
It's nice to have a milestone sake with your favorite nabe who drinks the most 😋.
Sake with your wife is also great ✨.
Keep up the fun drinking 😊.
Congratulations to b.bridge on your 300 check-ins✅㊗️🎉!
Your favorite brand is the best 😌.
I don't see Nabeshima in silver with blue letters very often, but when I do see it, I thought I'd try it 🤗.
Hello b.bridge😃!
Congratulations on your 300 check-in ㊗️㊗️㊗️ with your pots 🎉If you and your wife each combine your favorite sake rice 🌾😍that would be a definite saying without any correction 🤗.
Aroma like green apple and muscat.
After the juicy peach-like sweetness, you feel the sweetness and umami of the rice, and it seems to disappear quickly.
Remove the cover and open the bottle with a spontaneous popping sound when you touch the crown.
There is a feeling of gas. The juicy sweetness, acidity, and rice flavor can be felt.
The impression of lactic acidity and grapefruit-like acidity intensifies when the cask is mixed.
February's hanpukai sake and the first packaged sake for drinking at home.
It has a pear-like aroma.
Fruity but clean sweetness and rice flavor.
It is a delicious sake.
My wife was recommended this bottle at a liquor store.
It is an assemblage of Miyamanishiki, Yamadanishiki, and Sakahomare sake.
It has a pear- and peach-like aroma with a hint of gas.
The fruity yet refreshing sweetness and umami of the rice are felt, with some acidity and astringency at the end.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby.
It was our first drink too and it was delicious. If your first drink is positive, I'm sure you'll be interested in many other drinks as well.
