My first snowman! Tastes cleaner and drier than I imagined it would. I tried to turn it upside down and it wouldn't mix at all! I managed to mix it by swirling the bottle. It's a little too dry for my taste, but it's clean and refreshing.

We've been looking for the right time to open this bottle of Lapidus. Finally, I opened a bottle! The taste is stable. The flavor is refreshing. Shinsei-san, it's delicious.

A refreshing, sweet and gassy drink that is easy to drink. Low alcohol content of 9 degrees! I think it has a cider feel to it somehow. I'm looking forward to it becoming more mellow after a little while.

The juiciness in the mouth is like Shinsei's flax cat. It's sweet and sour like Calpis. It's my favorite flavor and the low alcohol content of 12 degrees makes it easy to drink. It's my first time to try Abe, but I'm now a fan.

This is the first time I opened a bottle of Shinsei sake at home. I am honored that it is Flax Cat. The juiciness you feel in your mouth is exceptional. The grapefruit taste is both sweet and bitter, which I really like. I think I'll enjoy this one.

A little swooshiness in the mouth. I guess it's a lactic acid kind of swooshiness. The expression "Calpis soda" certainly fits the bill. It's sweet, mellow, and full of flavor. You can drink it easily!

This is a sake that I was curious about. It's delicious with a tart texture but a clean taste. The other Senkou sake we tasted was also delicious, so I'll buy that one next time.
