Squeak, squeak! It goes well with sashimi...! A sake that can be served cold or warm. It's really a good name, isn't it, Jozen, Mizu no Gotoshi? We're all drinkers, so we're really happy to be able to have a bottle together.

100% Yamada Nishiki. It has a higher percentage of nigori than the white. My first impression was that it was much sweeter than the white. But it has a strong bitterness and sourness, and a rich taste. I felt it tasted better in a ceramic cup than in a glass.

I was surprised by the news of the family riots, but I was still curious about it, so I bought it. I found it and bought it immediately. I opened the bottle with a mighty pop! and opened the bottle. It was fermenting. It's gorgeous, but with a touch of acidity, bitterness, and spiciness. At the end of the bottle, the taste goes away. It's a cool sake. I still like it. Additional reminder. It's true that it has a grapefruit taste.

No bottle, so a reminder. Gohyakumangoku, 55%, 16.8%. Frankly speaking, it's sweet! Sake that is this sweet is a waste of time for me because I can't tell the difference. On reflection. If you like this kind of sweetness, you should drink this. I think I would like it even more if it were chilled or freshly opened. Not that it matters, but the sashimi is really good!

This is the second time I've opened a bottle this season. It takes a while to open a bottle (I shook it a bit and couldn't wait). Swoosh! Soft acidity! Modest sweetness and a hint of bitterness at the end. I feel like I'm getting all the nutrition from the sake. Thank you.

Sparkling. Gorgeous and sweet. I think it would go better with nuts or something non-Japanese. And it's not a "with rice" sake. It's a little too sweet for me, but I think it's easy to drink for people who don't like sake. And it's cute!

It has a gentle sweetness with a light flavor like the sweet sake I made myself. It has a gentle sweetness, a little sour, and a little spicy at the end. I'd like to keep it on hand and have a cup every day, so I'm sure I'll never get tired of it! It's a shame that it's only available at this time of year, but that's why I'm thankful🙏. Thank you for the treat.

Rice and agave. It seems that they are making doburoku and other products while working to ease restrictions on the entry of new sake brewers. It's a very powerful doburoku, and you can feel that it's alive, as it naturally sizzles until you finish it. The lower you go, the richer the flavor becomes, and even a small amount will satisfy you, but you will want to drink a little more, and a little more, and a little more. At the end, I washed all the remaining malt in the bottle. It was really delicious.

Kiriri, sweetness, then kiriri again! It's not dry, but spicy with a hint of mildness. And a little bit of sizzle. The little bubbles on the glass are cute. It's a sake that goes well with rice!

I still love Izumi Shuzo. It has a faint sourness to it. It has the gorgeous taste of Sensuke, but also has the roughness of raw sake.

First comes the sweetness, then comes the heavy spiciness, and finally the slight sourness. It's rougher than it looks, so it's a bit of a surprise. The mouth of the bottle has a unique shape. The stuff in the bottle looks like snow. I think about my friend and the nice liquor store where I bought this sake in Hikone where we had a heavy snowfall.

Gentle taste of nigori sake with a spicy aftertaste. There is no sizzle. Nigorizake goes well with sashimi. It's delicious! I love this!

Ooey-gooey. It's like sugar water. I want to chill it and drink it with my family in a warm room.

Souvenir of a friend💕. I heard it was served at the Iseshima Summit. The balance of sweetness and sourness, umami is like a mild dessert reward sake! While I was out of sight, one of my friends opened the bottle as usual and blew it out, and I was surprised at myself for immediately giving the right instructions on how to handle it 🎄. I felt like I'd contributed to world peace by helping more humans learn how to open a bottle of bubbly. Merry Christmas🎅

On my way home from a trip, I was drinking in a daze at the corner of a liquor store... and I witnessed the moment it was being unloaded from a truck and brought in, and what a lucky guy I am! I thought! I was given a bottle that was not yet in the store, thanks to the wonderful owner. It has a faint sourness and a gentle sweetness. It's a gentle sake with an alcohol content of 13%. Yukidaruma with my family back home! It snowed for the first time and it was a great night.

It's not as dry as I thought it would be, but it goes very well with Japanese food and was delicious. We had a peony hot pot at a friend's house today, so I took it as a souvenir. Great marriage with homemade miso flavored hot pot!

The katamari koji will float to the surface. It gets high! A hint of sourness behind the sweetness, a decent spiciness, and a strong sizzle. I like it. I got a nice Hikone Castle glass from the Shiga Prefecture campaign! Yay!

It's best lukewarm. I had a cold, so I made some egg wine and it was so good I cried. It soaked into my five organs. Thank you Sado's nature!

Yum! Another one!!! Neat and sweet, but also firm and spicy, with a thick flavor. It has a faint crispness to it. If you drink it in a large glass, you can smell it in the glass like a cat's forehead in Hidamari.
