I had an image of drunken whales being more crisp, but perhaps because it is a ginjo-shu, it has a sweet sourness. A sourness like yogurt.
Maybe it was a good thing that the bottle had been in the fridge for about a week after opening.
Mmmm, delicious!
Put it in my favorite tinned katakuchi that I recently bought.
