It's been a long time since I've been to Aizan.
It's still my favorite.
Too much salty food with it was not so good for me personally😓.
The taste is sweet and has a good depth.
It is delicious 😋.
Sake in Tochigi.
Brief! Delicious!
Maybe my favorite sake from Tochigi.
It is sweet but easy to drink.
There are many different kinds of sake in the same prefecture 😇
My brother brought me a bottle of Sentori at the beginning of the year.
I drank a lot of Sentori over the last year.
It seems to be strong, yet somehow refreshing and I always wonder why I drink it.
New Year Sake (2)
It's kind of smoky!
It tasted as if it had been smoked, which is a strange taste I have never had before!
There are so many different kinds of sake in the world. 🙂↕️
The last day of work is today!
I'm going to open a Collage 😇
It's sweet but refreshing and leaves no aftertaste 😌.
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to find a bottle of it, so I'm going to save it.
The rest is for the New Year's holidays 😊.
So I ended up buying it again...
I bought Nabeshima at my favorite liquor store that I have been visiting recently.
There are too many things I want.
It's sweet, refreshing, and easy to drink!
I can also taste the deliciousness of the rice 🌾.
I'm sure I'll be able to finish the year on a good note 🍶.
I'm getting a little addicted to one-cups.
I bought this snowman at an antenna store in Niigata.
I bought it in Ispiration: 🙂↕️
I can heat it up and it's just the right amount.
It's great to go koooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong!
The last sake I bought (or will buy) this year.
I drank nigori sake for the first time in a long time.
The clerk at the liquor store taught me how to open the bottle and I opened it with trepidation.
Shuwa shuwa!
And the taste of nigori sake was refreshing.
To be honest, I don't like nigori sake, but I can drink it.
Eiko Fuji after a long time.
Sweet taste, it lingers in the mouth but doesn't make you feel bad.
With food, the sweetness softens a bit.
I'm sure I'll finish it again soon😇
Purchased at Fukushima-kan in Nihonbashi.
I was torn between this and Lomang, but I went with this one for inspiration.
The first sip is grapefruit.
You would think it was a grapefruit sour.
It is not too bitter, but just right.
It is so easy to drink that you can finish it in a day.
First, a sense of gas.
Next, a clean sweetness.
I have always been curious about this Kanagawa sake, but I have not been able to buy it.
Kanagawa does not have an image of sake, but Zanzo-Hourai is delicious. It is easy to drink.
The famous Onikoroshi sake brewery.
This sake was created for those who are not good at sake and those who do not usually drink sake....
It has the punch of "Sake..." but not too much alcohol! It has a punch of "Sake!" but it is not too alcoholic and is certainly easy to drink.
It has a sweetness that even non-drinkers can enjoy.
It is easy to drink.
Souvenir of Tochigi (2)
The shopkeeper recommended it to me and I bought it.
After drinking Senkou, I was surprised to taste it.
Not too sweet, not too spicy, and you can taste the rice flavor.
The waitress said I drank it in one day, but I can't do it lol.
Take your time 😌.
Jay & Nobby.
Thanks for your comment!
I've been to Utsunomiya a few times but never actually had a drink, it's been a long time coming 😆.
I'll drink at my own pace 🍶.
I went to Tochigi Utsunomiya,
I went to Utsunomiya, Tochigi, and bought a bottle of the famous Sengoku.
First of all, it was gassy. It is quite strong.
Then, it was refreshing.
It was the first time for me to drink a refreshing and gaseous beer.
Easy to drink 🍶.
I went bankrupt in these times, but I bought it online because I was told it was available.
I first drank it at room temperature and found it to be refreshing, but with a lot of flavor.
I was told that it was best to warm it up, so I tried it in the following order: top warmed, hot, and lukewarm.
The hotter the sake was, the stronger it was.
Lukewarm is the easiest to drink.
Sake I drank in Toyama (3)
I had drunk Haneya a few times, but never got around to trying Fumikiku, so I bought it.
It was easy to drink! (I was tongue-tied when I drank it, so I only have this memory...)
In Toyama, you can find sake (small bottles) from various Toyama sake breweries at train stations and souvenir shops, and now they are all hiyaoroshi and seasonally appropriate, so it's easy to pick up something in season 🍶.
