Clear aroma, slightly carbonated but mild on the palate, slightly dry, alcoholic, not very mellow, good acidity, goes well with light sashimi such as sea bream, trout salmon, yellowtail (and more specifically, tsuma (radish)).
The aroma before drinking is clean and slightly spicy, with a dry taste that is easy to drink, and a mellow flavor. At room temperature, the aroma is full and the flavor stands out, and it goes well with soba noodles.
Slippery, with a hint of rice miscellaneous taste in a good sense, perhaps due to the fact that it was drunk after junmai ginjo, not long-lasting, soft water-like on the palate, light.
