Second new policy in my life🥰. The last time I got it was cosmos🌸. And the new one I managed to get this time is also cosmos🌸 I seem to have a connection with cosmos 🥰. The top aroma is mild. I've been curious about this item since I've been seeing it at Sake no Wa a lot lately 🍶. I decided to go on a business trip to Saga Prefecture, so I googled a liquor store near my destination that sells Higashitsuru. What else do they sell, I wonder...Google gives me a close-up look at the fridge in the picture of the store. Hmmm 🤨. More time-consuming preliminary research than preparing for a work trip. On the day of my business trip, I dashed to the liquor store to buy some Azuma Tsuru in my free time 💨 I can only stay in the liquor store for about 5 minutes... 5 minutes is not enough ‼️ It's my first time going to a liquor store and I know where the sake fridge is 😏. I crab-walked from one end of the fridge to the other, looked at them all at once and chose three bottles of Zubaba. It was more about buying than working 😏. That's how I got the Azuma Tsuru 🪿. I thought it might be a classic from the font of "Azuma Tsuru" on the label, but... I thought it might be classic, but... Modern, soft and milky🤤. The aroma is mild. The aroma is mild, the bubbles are fine and delicate 🫧. Soft, creamy, sweet aroma and rice flavor that spreads in the mouth 🫧‼️ Well, this was really delicious. ☺️ The level of Saga Prefecture's sake is very high 🥰.

Yoshida Kurau, not seen locally, found in Saga Prefecture😍. The aroma is faintly melon🍈. The mouthfeel is pleasantly crisp. It's rich, mellow, and hearty like a Yamahai, but at 13°, it's very light due to the low alcohol content and acidity ✨. Modern Yamahai" indeed 🌾. It's a delicious, imadoki-style sake: ☺️ The 4th picture is an illustration of a family photo I made with something called AI Illustration Maker. My wife and daughter are nice and thriving in the illustration, but I, in my 30s, look like a foreign gentleman in his 60s with a magnificent white beard... Not even a face ❗️(ꐦ°д°)(ꐦ°д°)(ꐦ°д°) Who⁉️

A gift from an acquaintance in Fukuoka Prefecture🍶. This sake is made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture. The aroma is mild with a hint of green apple🍏. Voluminous rice flavor: ☺️ The Classic Sake 🍶. It was delicious. Thank you for the food.

As a Kyushu boy, I am surrounded by shochu drinkers, and sake lovers are unfortunately in the minority 🍶. After beer, I drink shochu! I'm like that 😢. But recently, I've been talking about sake to my co-workers, and they've started to take a bit of interest in sake, so I'm going to try to get them to drink more and more good sake 🤩. I must drag them into the Sake swamp 😏 Oide oide oide~! Well, recently, a liquor store in my neighborhood has started to carry Sairai-chan 😁. On the first day, I thought it was light and easy to drink, but on the second day, it mellowed quickly, with just the right amount of sweetness and just the right amount of bitterness! It's delicious 🤤!

Ummah ‼️ Black Phoenix 🦅 which I wanted to drink the most in Houou Mita. This is delicious... The aroma is understated and fruity... this is pineapple 🍍. Soft sweetness, very elegant✨. I've only seen Houou Mita in Hirado Goyasan! It is located in a tucked away residential area, so it is a good spot. If possible, I would like you to handle Senkou, which is also in Tochigi Prefecture.

I've been wanting to try this one for a while 🤤. I couldn't get it because they sell out quickly when they get it in the liquor store 😣. I was able to GET it with only 3 bottles left ✨ It was released for the first time last year and Shinmasa Shuzo shared their No.6 yeast with us and brewed Kaze no Mori with No.6 yeast ❗️ I already have high expectations for it ‼️ This one came with an original key chain! One side has Shinsei's flax cat mark and the other side has "Kaze no Mori" engraved on it, the special collaboration feeling is just irresistible 🥴What shall I use it on🧐? When I opened the bottle, poof! a cheerful sound🎶. Oh, the aroma is softly melon🍈! Taking a sip, the mouthfeel is juicy melon, and the tingling and pleasant microcarbonation brings out a refreshing sensation 🫧. Pure, unadulterated rice flavor, mellow taste, and a gentle bitterness in the aftertaste 🥰. Ummm ❗️ beautiful and beautiful 😍 Each bottle is 500ml, so I sipped it while savoring it 😌.

We had the very popular ❗️ Houou Mida Winecell Sparkling ‼️ Second fermentation in the bottle with wine yeast✨ With these two power words, we knew it was going to be good even before we drank it 😋. I was afraid to turn the cap, but it didn't blow out and the bottle opened quietly... I was expecting it to blow out 😖.... Gorgeous aroma, a fine, shwashy fizziness 🫧 silky sweetness with rice flavor, and a crisp acidity to finish it off. ☺️ ummmm😚 I guess if it's this good, it's going to be very popular 😀

My daughters started playing with only their childhood friends' children without saying, "Daddy, come play with us too! Since they no longer have to take care of them, my dad's friends (the three old men) are playing Toyo Bijin's Jiho Beni with the children playing cheerfully as a snack. It has a beautiful sweetness that is typical of Toyo Bijin, and although it contains brewer's alcohol, it does not feel alcoholic at all, which is right in the middle of what I like. It's nice to have some time to ourselves like this, but my daughters are getting older and older, and I think that in a few years they will leave the nest, and the three old men will be sad... In another year or two, the dads will probably tell the kids to play with their dads too... It was a memorable one.

Kaze no Mori's only fire-aged sake. When you put it in your mouth, it has a small amount of puchi puchi and microbubbles 🫧. Is it really fire-brewed? It's fresh! Then comes a pleasant sweetness and a squeaky acidity. It was delicious! I brought it to a drinking party and everyone said it was delicious and gone quickly 🥲.

Are you studying sake? I am doing a little bit of studying because I think that by knowing more about sake, I can enjoy and taste sake more. However, whether it is due to aging or the fact that I am not very smart to begin with, my knowledge is not staying with me at all 🥲. Nama-hashiroshi? Yamahai? Oh, I know, I know! What did I do? I'll be like, "Oh, I don't know... I attended a sake tasting & study session at a sake bar I frequent and learned a lot! The first drink there was Shinomine 🥂 a brand I wanted to drink: ❗️ Sweet aroma like peach and cotton candy 😍Slightly effervescent, fresh, sweet and delicious on the palate ✨and a dignified kick at the end. It was delicious and to my liking: ☺️ I'm learning as I drink so I can't remember it all?

What? ⁉️ A liquor store in the city is a special distributor of Houou Mita. ⁉️ I didn't know that. ❗️I immediately flew to the liquor store I wanted to visit. 🏃‍♂️💨 Hououmida lined up in the fridge...this is a sight for sore eyes... 🤩. The Anniversary was still left, so I bought it! Wow, overwhelmingly gorgeous✨Mild and gentle sweetness. I can't get enough of it 🥰. Perfect to drink on a special occasion! Anyway, it was delicious. ☺️ happy~!

I have a strong image of one-cup drinks being consumed by dirty old men in the park in broad daylight... I don't have a good image of it. But...! But after drinking this, my impression has changed! Ohmine is still sweet and yummy! And the cup is cute 😍. It would be great if I could drink it while viewing cherry blossoms! But you can drink so much of it, 100mm isn't enough 😂.

At a standing bar in the neighborhood. I had never had Kouko before, so I asked for it and drank it! Fruity and gorgeous aroma like apple and muscat 😍 Fine and fine microbubbles 😁. It was so good I want to drink it again ☺️
