100% Akita Sake Komachi, Polishing ratio 29%, you know it's good before you drink it✨.
A gorgeous aroma and fruity flavor with a hint of sourness at first sip 💕.
Clear and smooth ✨I've never had such an elegant sake 🥹💕!
Futaba Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Gojyugou 🐇🐇
The concept of Futaba, taste and aroma, acidity and umami, weight and lightness, sweetness and spiciness, entry and aftertaste, complexity and cleanliness....
I love the sharpness and acidity💕.
It's a sweet and handsome rabbit🐰.
Kameizumi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu CEL-24
Kameizumi's CEL-24 is a too popular and hard to find sake.
The simple label with only the necessary information on it is also clean and pleasant 😆.
As they say, as soon as you open the lid you smell pineapple💕.
It's not just the smell! It tastes like 🍍!
As you drink it, you can feel the bitterness in the taste like a ripe melon🍈
It's very sweet, so it's perfect to have a glass or two as an aperitif.
Such a juicy and tasty sake, it's no wonder it's so popular✨.
If it's not dry, it's not sake! Even if you are a sake connoisseur, you should try it!
Senkori Kabutomushi 2021
Insect beetles can be a little scary, but Senkou's Kabutomushi are pop and cute💕.
Sweet, sour, and refreshing!
It smells like citrus!
Is this sake⁉️?
I️ like to drink it chilled on a hot afternoon.
It was delicious 💕.
Today we had "Nanbu Bijin" with smoked cheese!
It has a sharp and dry taste.
And yet, it has a hint of sweetness.
The acidity is just right, and it goes really well with smoked cheese!
I had a delicious drink and a blissful time today too✨.
The rich flavor that only undiluted sake can deliver!
It has a graceful and floral aroma and a very nice aftertaste from sweet to just a touch of spiciness.
The full-bodied sweetness is accompanied by a pungent taste, giving it an indescribable depth.
It was a good sake that showed the craftsman's attention to detail.
I want to drink the other series too!
I usually drink Junmai Ginjo, so it felt a little heavy.
It's good but a bit complex.
It's reasonably priced, so it's good for everyday drinking!
I'd like to try the Junmai Ginjo next time.
I had a nama-shu called "Niseko Junmai Ginjo Aoki Onoe" brewed by Niseko Shuzo using Comet, a sake rice produced in Higashikawa Town.
The sake has a sharpness and smoothness that seem to coexist. I felt more softness in the nama-shu than in the hi-ire.
The sake can fully enjoy the goodness of Higashikawa-cho rice.
Delicious!
The sake was brewed with a source of water from Nikko, and the sweetness and acidity were clear and free of miscellaneous flavors.
It is a beautiful sake that shows that it was brewed with care✨.
Collaboration between Higashikawa Town's sake rice "Comet" and Niseko Shuzo ✨.
A dry sake with a sharp taste.
I think that the taste of the rice determines the taste of the sake.
Comet from Higashikawa-cho is doing a good job👍.
Otokoyama Shuzo's best dry junmai sake!
The label is based on Kuniyoshi Utagawa's ukiyoe "Seichu Gishin Meisama Kagami", and as a Kuniyoshi fan, I can't resist the charm💕.
It's a perfect match for Japanese food.
When I opened the bottle, it started to sizzle very fast and I was very upset😵.
It has a low alcohol content of 8 degrees, but it's sweet and fruity, so you can drink it easily☺️.
