Hyakuden Daiginjo Hyakuden 100％ Specification Polishing ratio 40 Fukuro-hozuri (hanging in a pouch), Doubutsukuri (bottle-tripped) raw sake. Delicious sake, found in Odate💕. A bit expensive, but umaverous ❗️ Too bad there are so few local sake shops 😓.

Today, the first day in Odate City: ❣️ We went to Sakane Sake Shop in Kita-Akita City to look for a local sake shop. What a surprise... closed 😭 The regular Sake no Yamaya Jukai line store, beer and Tsurukame. Slightly lemon 🍋 very easy to drink. I'm sure I'm going to get drunk 🤭.

kjm5307. Hirosaki is nice💕 I remember going to Hirosaki castle in the past to see the cherry blossoms 🌸 it was breathtaking. I will be in Odate in March on a business trip, so I will enjoy a cup of Toyobai and a pot of Hinai Jidori chicken 😋.
