I chose this one because I wanted a sweet and relaxing sake, and the package said to have it in a wine glass. It was sweet. But with an alcohol content of 16 to 17 degrees, it's a bit heavy. It's not something you can gulp down.
Sake after a long time. I wonder if it's dry (?). I don't know the difference between dry and sweet yet. But after drinking it, it leaves a nice aroma. It goes well with food. It must be a good sake.
At home camping in GW 2021. Tenmei" is a high point in our marriage. It has a refreshing fruitiness. We can drink it as much as we want. Moreover, this "Tenmei" is always available at the liquor store near us. Thank you.
I can't help comparing it to the sake I drank the day before, Tenmei. Tenmei is a sake, but it doesn't taste like a sake, more like a wine. And this one, Shichibon Jyu, has a pleasant taste like Tenmei, but still has a feeling of being stuck in the throat when drinking like sake. Who likes this? It may be divided into those who like it and those who don't. Well, it's a bit difficult to describe, but it's a very tasty sake to drink with snacks.

Recently, our favorite sake is Tenmei. The fact that it's sold at a liquor store near where I live is also a big plus. I can say, "I want to drink it" (then I'll buy it!) I can do that. This is not a summer sake, is it? I guess you could call it early summer sake. My wife seemed to enjoy it so much that we both finished the fourth bottle lightly. My wife drank more than I did. She said, "I think it tastes better than Jyuoshiyo. She also said, "I think I'll buy another bottle tomorrow. Tenmei is to be feared. The taste is deep and sweet (but it's not the same as the sweetness of the current generation. It's a nice sweetness that goes well with food.
Thanks to my newfound love of sake, I don't have to worry about what to buy when I travel. At any rate, I buy local (apparently) sake. This sake was sold at the roadside station we stopped at this time. It seems to be made by the same brewery that made "Natsuko no saké". It's a little spicy like Niigata Prefecture. But it's not that distinctive, and you can drink it with food.

My favorite "Shinsei"! Enjoy it with Jyushiro. From here on, it's a matter of taste, but it has a spicier taste than Jyushiyo. I'm happy to be able to enjoy this special New Year's version by chance.
It has a punch. I guess this is the reason why it is called "Ikarashi". It has a high alcohol content of 16 degrees, so you may need to be prepared to drink it if you want to immerse yourself in it.

It might be my favorite sake from Niigata. The same surname as me. "Abe". It's the most delicious. It's an unpasteurized "Abe" sake, origarami. I don't know if it's because of that, but it has a sweet and rich taste. It's like a fruit wine. You can drink as much as you like.

This is currently ranked number one in Toyama Prefecture. Today's graduation ceremony. Two students from Abe seminar are from Toyama prefecture. I have to drink this tonight. It's the first time I've had it, but it's slightly sweet, but it doesn't interfere with the food, and it has a gentle taste that you can drink as much as you want. Congratulations on finishing the course!

Junmai Daiginjo by Ichinokura, one of Miyagi's most famous sake. Rare sake, Shoko. Despite being a daiginjo, the sake's typical taste remains kneejerk, which is strange. It is a delicious feeling to drink with food.

Tonight is Toshi's 60th birthday concert, which I've been looking forward to. I'm going to enjoy it with this sake.
Tenmei" is so good. Sake from Fukushima. It's great.
My wife prepared this for me just in time for Valentine's Day ٩(๑´3)۶, and it was a dream come true to be able to taste the famous Fukushima sake, Tobiroki, at home. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to afford it, but I'm sure I'll be able to afford it. I'm so glad I did.
My wife's favorite sparkling sake. Mio" is famous as a sparkling sake, but "Suzune" is a little more expensive. However, it's certainly elegant (it's not too sweet. But I can feel the sweetness enough. My wife likes sparkling wine, so I guess this kind of wine is good for her. I like this wine as an aperitif, but it's difficult to taste it with food, so I drink it quickly first.
Rumored to be a gung-ho drink, "Roman" is one of the sake I wanted to try. The taste is different from other sake I've had. When it sits on your tongue, the various flavors roll around, and at the same time, it sinks quickly into the back of your throat and into your stomach. You can drink it easily. I wonder if the water in Minami-Aizu makes it so. It may be the easiest to drink so far.

This is the first time I've tried this drink, which is highly rumored to be perfect as a food wine. With an alcohol content of 17 degrees, I was expecting to feel dizzy right away, but it's true that when you put it in your mouth, there is a feeling of warmth, but more than that, the feeling of refreshment comes first. The sake and the food go well together.
