Recently, our favorite sake is Tenmei. The fact that it's sold at a liquor store near where I live is also a big plus. I can say, "I want to drink it" (then I'll buy it!) I can do that. This is not a summer sake, is it? I guess you could call it early summer sake. My wife seemed to enjoy it so much that we both finished the fourth bottle lightly. My wife drank more than I did. She said, "I think it tastes better than Jyuoshiyo. She also said, "I think I'll buy another bottle tomorrow. Tenmei is to be feared. The taste is deep and sweet (but it's not the same as the sweetness of the current generation. It's a nice sweetness that goes well with food.
