It might be my favorite sake from Niigata. The same surname as me. "Abe". It's the most delicious. It's an unpasteurized "Abe" sake, origarami. I don't know if it's because of that, but it has a sweet and rich taste. It's like a fruit wine. You can drink as much as you like.

Rice polishing ratio 60%.
