Local Brand of Chrysanthemum
Fresh aroma
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gaseous sensation like Kangiku.
Sweet and sour taste
But it may be a little too sour.
It was a delicious taste that did not betray us!
It is a distribution type within Nagano Prefecture.
Excellent balance as expected.
It also has plenty of flavor.
It has become very popular and is hard to buy.
It is not so easy to buy,
but we still want to drink it often.
First, sweetness, then a hint of acidity.
After that, plenty of umami.
This is delicious!
The aftertaste is not peculiar either!
We enjoyed it very much!
Jungin, but with a subdued taste.
It is sweet and tasty, with a moderate acidity.
Just because it is called "AKI", it is also called "AKI" in Japanese.
It seems to go well with autumnal taste
It seems to go well with the taste of autumn.
Gorgeous aroma as you would expect from the name.
It's a little cloudy, but it's still very smooth.
But it has a strong sweetness.
It is a sake that goes well with dishes with strong flavors.
I went to the brewery to drink it.
It's still delicious!
Soft and gentle sweetness
Refreshing acidity
Plenty of umami and just the right amount of bitterness!
It is really delicious!
I tried Seimasamune for the first time.
I have wanted to try this sake for a long time 🎵.
Since it is unfiltered, the aroma is rather gorgeous.
The mouthfeel is sweet with a strong umami.
It is very tasty.
Gorgeous aroma
Well-balanced sweetness and acidity
As expected of Hanamup!
It's still very tasty.
The aftertaste is not too bad.
You can drink as much as you want!
Hi Kazu 😃
Congratulations on your first seven water 🎉 ❗️
It's delicious 😋 but maybe a little different.
Tochigi... it's pretty high 🤣🤣.
Tochigi love 🥰.
Thanks for the comment, Jay & Nobby.
Sorry 🙏🥰 You're right, it's pretty high 💦.
I'm still only drinking the major ones, so I'm going to enjoy the rest from now on😅.
Purchased at Mashidaya, a liquor store in Tochigi. I was attracted by the limited edition. And it is indeed delicious! Good balance of sweetness and acidity.
Plenty of umami. And yet, it has a nice sharp aftertaste, so you will never get tired of drinking it. The "too good to be true" warning is not an exaggeration.
