Junmai Daiginjo Anagura Biyori🍶.
This is not a fruity, easy-drinking Junmai Daiginjo of today, but more like a good old-fashioned sake like Honjozo.
It is a sake with alcohol and brewing aroma.
Jyushidai Honmaru🍶.
A representative sake of Jyushidai, it is clear and fruity without being alcoholic.
Anyone who drinks it will say it is easy to drink.
It is just like water.
It is as refreshing as if alcohol were added to fresh water.
It has a unique texture and feel.
It flows smoothly through the esophagus.
Naruto Tai Junmai Tomoe 720ml
Sake with a fruity flavor slightly reminiscent of pineapple, but not overly fruity 🍶.
I thought it was a taste that could be liked by both traditional sake lovers and modern sake lovers of today.
Choryu Junmai Ginjo Kai🍶.
Sake with a hint of muscat flavor and a pleasant throat sensation.
I thought it was a well-balanced sake, not too fruity and not too spicy.

Hakurakusei Junmai Ginjo
It has a light, dry taste, and is very much like a Japanese sake.

Toyo Bijin Limited Junmai Ginjo Jyundo Ittou Kame-no-o 720ml
I had previously tried "Toyo Bijin Limited Junmai Ginjyo Jyundo Ittou [Aizan]", but it seemed less pineapple-like and a bit drier than that.
Still, it was fruity and gorgeous.
Toyo Bijin tastes even better when chilled.
It is my favorite brand.
Kido Junmai Daiginjo
The fruity flavor was restrained for a junmai daiginjo, and the sake flavor was unexpectedly strong.
The texture of the liquid is a little heavy, and it is very drinkable.
AKABU Junmai Ginjo Omachi Hi-iri 720ml
It seems to be the oldest native variety of sake rice in Japan, and 95% of its production comes from Okayama Prefecture.

SENKOKU Mukaku <720ml
This sake is produced in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture, by a company that handles everything from the production of raw materials to bottling.

It tastes even better when chilled.
Kitashika Shuzo Kita Akita Daiginjo 720ml
A cosy sake that can be bought for about 1,000 yen 🍶.
I think 90% or more of supermarkets and convenience stores carry it. You can find it at supermarkets and convenience stores more than 90% of the time.
It has less sweetness, softness, and a lingering aftertaste, but it is perfect as an everyday sake.
Next time I want to drink Junmai Daiginjo from Kita Akita.

It would be a good aperitif sake.
