Ippin Junmai Daiginjo🍶. I heard that this sake is served in the VIP room of the Dodgers. They use 100% Yamada-Nishiki from Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture. It is a refreshing sake, not too sweet and not too spicy.

Echigo-zakura Hiyahi Oroshi Junmai Ginjo-Ginjo-Harashi-Shu, Limited Edition🍶. This sake is made from 100% Yamadanishiki and was produced in August this year. I felt the weight of alcohol as I gulped it down, but the fresh fruitiness of the flavor was pleasant.

Choryu Junmai Ginjo Kai🍶. Sake with a hint of muscat flavor and a pleasant throat sensation. I thought it was a well-balanced sake, not too fruity and not too spicy. (Product description) It has a fruity aroma like melon and a perfect balance of fresh acidity and sweetness. It has a fresh feel and is light and crisp, making it a junmai ginjo that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

Toyo Bijin Limited Junmai Ginjo Jyundo Ittou Kame-no-o 720ml I had previously tried "Toyo Bijin Limited Junmai Ginjyo Jyundo Ittou [Aizan]", but it seemed less pineapple-like and a bit drier than that. Still, it was fruity and gorgeous. Toyo Bijin tastes even better when chilled. It is my favorite brand.

Kido Junmai Daiginjo The fruity flavor was restrained for a junmai daiginjo, and the sake flavor was unexpectedly strong. The texture of the liquid is a little heavy, and it is very drinkable.
