The label said to be careful when opening the bottle. When I opened the bottle, I felt the gas escape in the first pusher, so I opened it carefully. It had a very shwashy feeling. It was very cloudy and thick, so I imagined it would have a rich taste, but it had a sourness in the flavor that was refreshing and easy to drink. The difference between the appearance and the taste made me realize how interesting sake is. It was a delicious sake from a brewery near my house.
