Drinking at a camp in Kinkasan. Maybe it was because it was at room temperature, but my impression was that it was neither good nor bad. I will try again next time!

I found this brand while looking for local sake on a trip to Shodoshima. It has a strong flavor, but is not heavy [fluffy]. I like it because it is easy to drink but has a strong flavor. I stayed at a lodge with my in-laws and enjoyed it leisurely. Delicious.

Too acidic + dry + mellow = strong habit! Too much habit! Sake for the right person. People who choose sake. Difficult to use for evening drinks. It is difficult to match with the right accompaniments. Enjoy sake by itself.

Easy to drink! But not too light! Amazing! Best balance! Just the right amount of richness, just the right amount of acidity, just the right amount of dryness, just the right amount of sharpness. The best balance! A masterpiece from Wakayama. It is not the best sake in my life, but it is an everyday sake that I drink with bonito sashimi while looking at my wife and son's faces.

Pierce the raindrop stone. It is a cool name. There was also a limited edition "Watarifune" of the same amedare, which is said to be a fruity sake suitable for summer. Since this was my first time, I bought the standard sake. The first sip was delicious. There is nothing special about it, but it is mellow and refreshing, with a lingering aftertaste and a nice crispness. It has no flaws. We drank it with Hansuke (tsukudani, a tsukudani made from the head of an eel), which we bought together. By the way, "❕️" is also called "raindrop mark".

I bought this after getting a stamp from Wakayama Castle and enjoying fishing and swimming in Tanoura. It's a little bad to say, but it's a wildly delicious sake from the countryside. Sake to drink at my grandfather's house while chewing mezashi. Delicious. If you are tired of the delicate elegance of the recent past, you should try this sake. This is the local sake I used to drink a lot in the old days. The level of the cat asking for coldness between the pictures. It's hot again this year.

Just the right balance. The fizz, the cloudiness, the freshness, the heaviness.... Everything is in good balance, and you can't stop drinking it. I want to drink this sake every time the season comes! It is a great value at around 1,200 yen!

A sweet sake, my wife thought it was a little too sweet. It is a good sake, but if it had a little something more, it would be a more bouncy sake.

I went to Ako to get a stamp of Ako Castle. It has a unique flavor, but I personally feel that the flavor does not lead to good taste. Personally, I am a little disappointed. The oysters in Ako were the best in my life! LOL!

Purchased as a gift for my wife's discharge from the hospital. The mellowness spreads in the mouth from the first sip. It has a nice aftertaste and leaves a nice aftertaste. Sake from Iwate does not betray you. It is delicious. I would like to repeat it, although it is a little more expensive.

It is refreshing, but moderately rich. It is gorgeous, and even though it is a kamizen nyosui, it is not like a kamizen nyosui in a good sense. It is delicious even at room temperature. I look forward to drinking it every fall.

A summer draft sake. The first day after opening the sealed bottle, the taste was a little hard, but from the second day, the flavor of rice spread to my liking.
