しむけん
Pierce the raindrop stone.
It is a cool name. There was also a limited edition "Watarifune" of the same amedare, which is said to be a fruity sake suitable for summer.
Since this was my first time, I bought the standard sake.
The first sip was delicious. There is nothing special about it, but it is mellow and refreshing, with a lingering aftertaste and a nice crispness. It has no flaws.
We drank it with Hansuke (tsukudani, a tsukudani made from the head of an eel), which we bought together.
By the way, "❕️" is also called "raindrop mark".
