As I drank it, I felt the alcohol floating in the air, separate from the taste of the sake. I guess it was too cheap for a 35% polished rice bottle at less than 3000 yen. I want to try it again with the standard green label.
Standard product of Kaze no Mori. Champagne of rice🍾
The sourness and the fruitiness hit you at the beginning, and then it is smooth. The alcohol leaves the nose through the throat.
The sourness is tangy at first. After that, there is a sweetness. As always, the taste makes you wonder if this is really sake! It is the mildest of the Colors series.
The sourness that comes to you the moment you put it in your mouth, the ginjo aroma that spreads afterwards, and the rich aftertaste that lingers until later. It is the best sake for a meal.
Yamadaho is the mother of Yamada Nishiki. It is said to be read in a muddled way as "Yamadabo". It has a stronger acidity than Yamadanishiki, but the richness of the sake is similar to Yamadanishiki. It is an easy to drink sake like Yukino Kayasha.
Is it a new sake version of Honjozo? I guess so. It's a little richer than Honjozo. It goes down well, but it has a strong richness in the mouth. It is still delicious.
