It's been a while since I've posted here.
I've been refraining from drinking sake lately, but a friend of mine bought some for me as a souvenir, so I have no choice but to have some.
I've never heard of this sake, but it's from Tochigi, and I love Sengoku when I think of Tochigi - how about this?
The aroma is modest, and when you put it in your mouth... it's like honey?
It has a low acidity, a bit of bitterness, and is quite full-bodied.
It seems to be made from Yumesasara sake rice.
I thought that the smell of alcohol would come, but the aftertaste is not bad and it is delicious.
It is a sake brewery that makes me want to try different kinds of sake!
