The aroma is subdued, and in the mouth it tastes as mild as the atmosphere of its name. The acidity is also moderate, but it is delicious without being cloying.
It is 12 degrees Celsius, so it is the kind of wine that makes you drink too much.
It is a perfect sake for a hot and humid night.
I feel like drinking No. 6 soon.
