At Hoshino Resort Bandai-yama Onsen Hotel (memorandum)
I ordered it because it was only available at the hotel, but I was very drunk when I got there...
I don't remember much about it (laughs)
Good evening everyone~✩. *˚
Today is the second in the series we stocked the other day!
This is also the second in a series I've been wanting to try from a local brewery, Sanguiku (lol)
The Omachi 50 Daiginjo, once a year, is very tempting to buy, isn't it (°д°)?
It is completely different from the previous Beyond, which I like.
It has a nice aroma, a little tingling, a fresh and gorgeous aroma, and a rich flavor and acidity that melts in your mouth, just like it says!
I can't tell you how good it is, but would you understand if I told you that it's a trendy kind of taste? (laughs)
I'm proud of the fact that there is a place which makes such a good sake near Chiba prefecture.
Good evening everyone✩. *˚
Today, we opened one of the instruments we purchased the other day!
We opened our first instrument... ≧∇≦!
I've been curious about it for a long time... I saw the green one before, and when I went to buy it a few days later, it was sold out... I thought I'd buy it right away if I saw it again, but it was a few months later... I went to buy it for something else, and it was there! It was over my budget, but it was 1300 yen, so I bought more (lol)
I got some bonito tataki for dinner, so I thought I'd try it with a musical instrument.
When I poured it into a glass, the aroma was slightly fruity!
It doesn't smell like cheap alcohol at all...
In the mouth, it's lightly tingling, melon-like, and fresh because it's 13 degrees, and there's a slight alcohol smell, but not for this amount of money!
Holy shit, I'm looking forward to the next instrument...
Continuing with my hometown, I'd like to introduce you to a recent topic, Mr. Sanguiku.
This is a sake brewery that takes 15 minutes by car, but it's a pity that you can't buy it even if you go to the sake brewery's direct sales office.
I found it at my favorite convenience store in my neighborhood, so I had to buy it anyway (laughs).
This is sweet (><). I can't help but feel it's sweet.
When the rice is polished to 29%, it's no surprise that it has no miscellaneous flavors.
But it's not for me...
It was so good that I drank it all up before I took this picture... (laughs)
We missed to drink it last year, and we keep thinking that we should drink it this year.
I compared it with the Daiginjo-shu which I will upload next, but I think I like this price sake a lot.
The aroma and the sourness that spread in the mouth, it was a strike!
Holy cow, I'm definitely buying this again next year!
Good evening, ladies and gentlemen✩. *˚
Is it the rainy season already? It's been raining like a rainy season!
Today, I bought a bottle of the first Odeyaka series, not the Niida Honke Shizenshu.
I was worried about whether to buy Meron again, but I was also interested in Odeyaka.
The aroma before putting it in the mouth is...light Ginjo aroma
When I put it in my mouth......it has gentle sweetness and sourness just like its name......I have never tasted it before......it was written that it is like melon.....but for me it is like pickles....
Holy shit, I found Shizenshu to be more suitable for me.
I'd like to see how the flavor changes while letting it sit a little longer.
Good evening, everyone (^^)
It's so hot and humid today...
The season that I don't like has come...(NoД`)
Well, today I bought my first sake in a while.
For now, I'll open the cheapest of the three bottles (lol)
As for the aroma... ah... the smell of alcohol is coming.
Hmm? 18 degrees of alcohol, isn't that high?
When I put it in my mouth fearfully... oh, I see...
It's lightly tingling, followed by bitterness and umami.
It's not my favorite type, but it's good once in a while ^^;
I read that it tastes good lukewarm, so I'll try that later!
Thanks for your hard work today.
Yes! Good evening (^^)
I've been keeping a low profile for a while now, but yesterday's Sake Lab Live featured a representative of Senkou... I got a call from my local liquor store that it was in stock, so I left work early and bought some (lol).
About two years ago, I came across modern Senkou, and although I said that my favorite sake was Senkou, I had never tried a classic before;
There was no mistake about the classic either (≧▽≦)
I love the aroma and sourness of Senkou in my mouth...so good...
Let's work hard tomorrow!
Good evening everyone (^^)
Today I went for a drive and stocked up at Iinuma Honke, which is 30 minutes away by car (lol).
It's the first time for me to try "Kambashi"!
I poured a glass, and the aroma was... Oh, it's nice~(艸`)
When I lick it, I feel tingling...
It has a gorgeous aroma and a mouthfeel like a champagne.
I wonder if I can meet Kinoene Apple next time...
Good evening, everyone! *˚
Yes, I got the second batch of Shizenshu!
Melon 3.33?(°д°) I've seen it before at Sake no Wa... The name is awesome, but the green letters on the black bottle on the label... it's cool and I love it (lol)
It's a caution to open the bottle...got it...I can feel the pressure just by moving the stopper a little. I'm afraid...it won't spurt out, but I'll slowly open the bottle.
The aroma is...hmm? Melon? It's not quite melon, but I had a strong preconception about the name. I'm not sure if it's the same as the other ones, but it's different.
It has the same rich sweetness as the last Shizenshu, a little tingling, and a good sourness (≧▽≦)
I will definitely buy the next Shizenshu I come across.
The first glorious Fuji in a long time!
I bought it because I was weak to the phrase "once a year" (laugh)
Well, the fizzy feeling comes as a matter of course.
It's strange that it has a clean aftertaste even after the oriental twist.
I like it when it has a little more acidity...
For me, Senkou is the winner.
Our favorite liquor store announced the arrival of Senkou, and when we heard it was Senkou, we had to go there͟.
I'm addicted to the modern Senkou series, and I thought I'd conquer them all, but they sell out quickly, so it's hard to make progress...
It's been a while since I've come across a Senkou I haven't had!
It's a stable Senkou-like sake, but I think I can enjoy the change(´艸`)
I found the first flax cat in the Shinsei series, so I bought it (^^;
It says "White koji high sourness sake", so I thought how much sourness it would have, but as a sourness lover, I don't feel that sourness is that strong~ (laughs)
The Niidashi Zensyu I drank the other day has more sourness and umami.
I like LAPIS better!
It's 13% so I drink too much💦
I opened my first Shizenshu (≧∇≦)!
I bought it a month ago, and I was wondering when I was going to drink it... It's my birthday next month, so I thought I'd drink it around that time... (laughs)
The smell doesn't feel so fruity, but the moment I put it in my mouth, what is this? It's juicy and delicious...(herbaceous) Fermented micro carbonation is good...(herbaceous) Of course, acidity is good too...(herbaceous) It's polished to 80%.
Sake is deep...(^^)
Happy Valentine's Day is over, but this is the second in the series of Valentine's Day to myself (lol)
I was embarrassed to buy it because of the cute label (^^;
I'm not sure what to expect, but I'm sure the yeast is good.
I didn't know about the add tag feature until now (LOL)
My first Hyakujuro (^^) I bought it at my favorite liquor store convenience store.
This month is Valentine's Day, and I bought this bottle as a valentine to myself.
I'm a beginner, but I can't explain it well...I think it has a strong bitterness, but this kind of sake is not bad...
The last bottle of Akatake Yukinoko was a winner, so I bought the regular Junmaishu to compare (≧▽≦).
Yes, it's good too!
The aroma is mild, but it started to change a little around the third day after opening the package.
