I haven't posted in a very long time (^^;
I've been sick and refrained from buying sake, lol.
My friend gave me sake and 🍓 to celebrate my birthday next month, and I was surprised to get Tenbi which I wanted to try!
I'll open the package as soon as possible.
I've been curious about this sake since I saw the article about a new brewery with a female brewer... I've been looking forward to meeting her at a liquor store.
Be careful when you open it! It's bubbling! Got it.
I opened the bottle with a light squirt.
It smells nice and fresh.
The foam is slightly carbonated.
In the mouth, there's a nice balance of fruity, sweet, bitter, and sour flavors!
It's a beautiful sake - I like it!
There's no smell of alcohol after finishing it, so I forgot I was drinking it and had another (lol).
Definitely a repeat purchase!
