Sake after a long time
I happened to be searching for a place to eat dinner from the hotel I was staying at in Nagano city, and I found a good sake shop in the back of the hotel.
This time we bought 3 bottles of Masumi.
The first one was from Suzumisake.
There were small bottles for sale, so we bought a few bottles for souvenirs!
The aroma is subdued.
Refreshing and refreshing!
Good acidity with little bitterness.
I like No.6 yeast, so I think I can enjoy the difference of No.7 yeast.
