This is a sake that I have enjoyed many times.
At the beginning of the drink, I thought I was going to be able to taste the delicious acidity that only unpasteurized sake can provide, but I was surprised to find that the inside of the bottle was gently enveloped and the aftertaste was still crisp.
I'm sure this will be very popular.
I can't describe it very well, but I wonder if anyone can relate to it? I can't describe it very well, but can anyone relate to it?
